Watering and paining eyes

As I was travelling something went inside my eye along with the wind.
Eye is watering now and I'm in pain in eye
. Please suggest some drops to remove the dirt from the eye.

You can try ciplox eyedrop ( ciprofloxacin) 4 times today and consult local ophthalmologist to make sure there is no foreign body in eye
