Appears to be stye.pl do Hot phomentation. You require antibiotic eye drops. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Warm compression .
If swelling increases may need oral antiinflammatory as wel as antibiotics.

Mostly it's a stye. I picture of the eye would help.
You can give hot fomentation 2-3 times a day.
Milflox eye drops 1 drop 4 times a day.
