Water in ears
I went to a water park. Got water into my ears. Its not coming out. 1 ear working with 70 percent hearing efficiency, other 30 percent Feeling dizzy and head pain. Not ear pain.. ears feel like they r closed. What to do?

Please consult an ENT surgeon and get the ears cleared there is a possibility of wax in the ears.

Looks like there is wax in the ear , which has swollen up on contact with water. This should be removed by ent specialist.

Looks like eustachian tube catarrh.

In all likelihood, the wax in your ear has swollen up following entry of water. It is best to get the wax cleant following which the problem should resolve

May be water has gone to sinuses and middle ear.

Decongestant nasal drop- Drop the required number of drops into each nostril. The aim is to get the liquid to spread over all the inside surface of the nose - including the upper surface. A good position is to lie on a bed with your head hanging back over the edge. Stay like this for two minutes after putting in the drops before getting up. Donot swallow for 1 minute.
