Looks like dry eyes / mild allergy .. use lubricants (eyemist eye drops 4 times/day for 30 days) and if u are more into computer work , for every 20min look far point for 20sec and again resume ur work .. AC and fan also increases the dryness , try to avoid ..

Kindly follow these instructions
Instructions to follow while you are working continuously on Laptop
1) Follow 20-20 Rule
After every 20 minutes of Laptop / Mobile screen time , look for 20 seconds at a far object which is 20 mts away atleast
2) Remind yourself after every 30 minutes to blink frequently
3) Drink Adequate water 2-3 Lts /day
4) Have Enough Sleep 8 hours a day
5) Have enough Light in surrounding , don’t work in Dark environment
6) Try to avoid AC flow directly on your Face
7) Can clean your eyes with Normal Clean water after every 2-3 hours working ok computer
8)Can use Lubricating eye drops
Refresh tears eye drop / Natural Tears eye drop 3-4 times a day
9) Do Neck Stretching exercises after 2-3 hours a day

U ya put tear drainage system may b faulty and needs to be fixed .. consult an Oculoplastic surgeon .. Get syringing test done and then decision of medicines Vs surgery
