First her DCR or DCT surgery has to be done to remove the infection from tear duct.
Only after recovery from that, she can safely proceed for cataract surgery.
Don't delay too much.
She has advanced cataract and also a type of glaucoma for which laser was done
Next Steps
Plan with your local ophthalmologist for DCR surgery, then cataract surgery.
She is suffering from Right sided dacryocystitis. Also looking at vision, her Right eye cataract seems to be a matured one. Already her Right eye Yag PI has been done previously so she must be having shallow anterior chamber. Also a mature cataract can go into Phacomorphic glaucoma, Phacolytic glaucoma or other Lens induced glaucoma. So better to operate early as possible. First Dacryocystorhinostomy or Dacryocystectomy and once the wound is healed and healthy mostly say after 3-4 weeks then can go ahead with Cataract surgery.
