I have OCD and I wash hands repeatedly with dettol soap. Some occasions I wash hands more than 15 at a same time. And then my hands turn white when they dry. Even I rinse them well. I am sending some pictures.
Q1. I want to know whether It is dry soap on hands or something elase which looks white?
Q2. Is it ok if move them in my hair or they will add soap on my hair?
Q3. Can I wash hair with hands when they are in such condition?

These are typical signs of excessive handwash causing dryness. Try to decrease the frequency of handwash. use mild soaps like dove/ pears rather than Dettol. always put a moisturizer after washing your hands
