Is dettol liquid safe during pregnancy
Hello Doctor,
I am currently 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Just some few hours back I rubbed my hands with a small cap full of undiluted dettol antiseptic liquid and then washed them with body soap and water about 5 times to get rid of the smell of dettol. I wanted know if using undiluted dettol on my hands is harmful to my baby? Even after washing the dettol liquid off with soap can there be residual chemicals left over on my hand which I could ingest and could go to the baby? Really worried.
