1. Firstly - relax - no problem is as large that you cannot look into the mirror. Have confidence in yourself - then any problem will be small - as far as about warts and spots are concerned - there are dermatologists there to help you out
2. Are the warts or DPNs ? you need to see a qualified dermatologist and confirm diagnosis

Hello,warts are something caused by viral infection which can be removed with the help of radiofrequency or electrocautery treatment.there are other conditions which resembles warts like dpns or skin tags which also can be removed by similar procedure.consult dermatologist for these treatments.
