Dear Is there any internal medicine to get ride of small skin warts? Which are keep coming on my shaving area, no matter I use trimmer to shave or blade. Small sin tags/ warts always keep coming and more visible when I do a clean save. Kindly advise the best and easy way possible to have a warts free shaving area
