Warts around neck chest

Hi docter I am having very small warts and big warts around the neck and the chest. black warts and red warts. and on my face small warts please explain how to overcome this problem they are spreading all over my face and neck chest

Hi You seem to be having DPNS or small skin tags over the face and neck. This usually runs in the family but can be worsen with obesity. There are no creams to help with condition.
