Wants to quit gutkha
Hello, my brother is trying to quit gutkha, but he is unable to. Can someone please help me with possible solutions?

Hello. Gutkha is a form of tobacco and is somewhat difficult to quit. Patient needs to be motivated enough to start treatment and also needs regular therapy sessions. It's a long term process. Kindly Consult a psychiatrist if this is the case.
