OBSERVATION: Right kidney is normal in size and measures 9.3x 1.4 cm. No evidence of parenchymal thinning or scarring is seen. No evidence of radiodense calculus or hydroureteronephrosis is seen. Right ureter is not dilated. Right vesico-ureteric junction appears normal. Left kidney is normal in size and measures 9.5x 1.5 cm. No evidence of parenchymal thinning or scarring is seen. No evidence of radiodense calculus or hydroureteronephrosis is seen. Left ureter is not dilated. Left vesico-ureteric junction appears normal. The bladder is overdistended. No evidence of calculus or diverticulum. No abnormal wall thickening. Uterus – normal in size. No obvious adnexal mass lesion seen. There is no mass or significant lymphadenopathy seen in the retroperitoneum. No free fluid in abdomen. Spleen, pancreas and adrenals appear normal. Calcific specks noted in segment VII of right lobe of liver. IMPRESSION:  No radiodense renal calculi or hydroureteronephrosis. No ur
