Right ovary size is 39 * 23 * 23 mm that is 10.6 cc. Does it mean my wife is pregnant ?

Ovarian size has no relation to the pregnancy. Go for pregnancy test and sonography of uterus. See other findings of that report.

No relationship in between ovarian size and pregnancy.If she is not getting period then confirmation is must for pregnancy by Bhcg or UPT.
