For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase your metabolism.
don't skip your breakfast which increase your appetite.
take High calorie and the rich protein in your diet.
and good fat in your diet .
avoid oily and fried food, fast food .

For gaining weight, you can consider these suggestions :
1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours.
2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food.
3. Include dates and figs in your diet.
4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan)
5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

To take high proteins ( like rajma , chickpea, soy milk , milk shake , panner , curd )
Never skip a meal especially breakfast
Chew your food well
Eat small meals at regular intervals
should maintain proper sleeping hours (10pm to 6 am)
include fruits and vegetables
Eat natural wholesome foods, preferably freshly cooked food ,Maintain a 2 hour gap between a big meal and bed time .
