Want to reduce my weight
My height is 5.3 & i guess i am over weighted so please suggest any non side effect ways to reduce my weight & i dont have much time to exercise.

Wake up before Sun rise Avoid starch rich food(rice) Give minimum 6 hrs gap in between 2 food timings Undergo Udvarthana procedure
