Want to reduce my body fat to 10%
I was 104 kg ,35% body fat in september 2016 then i started following weight loss (fat loss) program, now i m 75 kg body fat 16-18 % still i dont have flat belly, i wish i have falt belly and body fat should be below 10%. so what to do next. i m doing work out for 1 hour regulary

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
