I am unable to quite smoking please help me so that i can do it..many times i tried but failed.................

If you are strongly motivated to quit smoking, you need pharmacologically assisted withdrawal. You need to take nicotine replacement therapy and tablet bupropion for relapse prevention. Consult your psychiatrist , for further details
