Want to quit smoking
I have been smoking since 4 yrs...but now i want to get rid of thi habit. I heard that someone should not stop directly.. like one should stop this step by step to decrease the quantity of cigarette. What ll happen if i stop it directly like i lf i won't take it any cigarette from today? Any risk?

First and foremost you must understand quiting smoking is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to quit....and medications can't be prescribed just like that...de addition is a multi step procedure... you need to undergo counselling sessions to get motivated later on medications can be started... I would suggest you to consult nearest deaddiction center they will do the needful

There is no risk in quitting the habit of smoking. At he same time some withdrawal symptoms will be there. That you can overcome by your determination and a Counselling.
