I eat every thing but still cant gain weight even i have short time memory loss problem how can i gain weight plz can u consult me

Get regular by having 3 major meals and some healthy snacks in between. Take a good sleep. Add some workout regime or involve yourself in some sport. Always go for balanced meals. Include healthy fat, good source of protein, salads and some portion of cereal in your meals. Make a habit of eating handful of almonds/mixture of nuts and seeds on daily basis.
