Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require medications to solve your problems as many things can't be discussed in forum like this...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck

Therapy is the best way to analyse what is bothering you. Once the acceptance comes in, it would be easier to forget it. You may also need to be evaluated for other symptoms like depression, ptsd etc.

If you feel that you cannot discuss  with your family and relatives , please. Ease do visit a Psychologist and share those emotions and learn to handle and Come out of that incident.
