Want to delay periods
Hi.
I have to travel and my periods are also on the same day. So i wanted to delay my periods for one week.kindly tell a specific medicine to take. I am 22 yrs old.

Hello..
Well generally we advice to take the tablets atleast a week prior to the date of periods...you need to take any available combo of progesterone and estrogen once daily till the day you want it to postpone...try taking the tab on the same day....thank you

You need to take progesterone twice daily starting from 7 days prior to your date. Continue it till you want to postpone.
