Hi there.. you haven't mentioned what cyst you have in your ovaries.. but since it's both sides and since your taking metformin which is given in pcod.. I assume you have polycystic ovarian disease.. you can conceive with pcod even , but with the help of medications which help you in ovulation.. please consult your gynecologist once and discuss about it..
