Plant or animal based proteins through natural wholesome food is a healthy and safest option always to consider.. Hi Its synthetic protein and can increase growth off hormone in your body.  Better to have natural form protein and you can have protein supplement off very good brand.

Multivitamin or supplement are recommended as per the deficiency. If you are facing any problem of deficiency than you should have it else take healthy or Balkan energy diet. In this age you can easily digest healthy food, do a walk to boost up your immune system followed by moderately protein rich food
