Hello mam my name is Reena, 21 years old LMP of last few months 19th january 6th march 8th April 19th may From January my periods are heavier, irregular, very painful (unbearable pain) , 103 F fever I'm sexually active. Having protected intercourse. Symptoms - sudden BP low, tiredness, Fever, irritability, anger, acne, hair thinning, stressed Is these symptoms related to HIV? How to know I'm HIV infected?

The gap between your periods has been  46 days,  33 days,  49 days. Your periods are heavier, irregular and painful. You have fever  103   degree  F. These symptoms and signs suggest acute pelvic Inflammation. I suggest you consult with a Gynaecologist in your area. You should be admitted to the hospital because you need injectable heavy antibiotics (like Pipzo) . You should forget about HIV for the time being and concentrate on Acute Pelvic Inflammation.
