Hi Bed rest is advised only if there are sum complications in pregnancy If pregnancy is normal , u cn walk . The amount of walk u were doing before pregnancy cn be done if u dnt feel any discomfort.  Dnt start any new exercises or walk routine without consultation

Walking is the best exercise in pregnancy as it strengthens pelvic muscles thereby promoting normal vaginal delivery Walking shud be started after 3 completed months if.. 1.no low lying placenta 2.no history of previous multiple pregnancy 3.twin pregnancy 4.incompetent os Walk approximately 45 min 5 days a week ...can be divided into two parts ... morning n eve

No need of bed rest in pregnancy You can walk depending on the scan findings. If cervical length given in scan if more than 3 cm you can walk for upto 3 km relaxed walking.

If scan cervical length is less than 3 cm or low lying placenta the avoid walking
