Wake up sweating and heart beat fast
Whenever I wake up from a 20-30 min nap in noon. My heart beats fast, loud, pain in chest, and my body sweating. Why?

Hai just 18 years old and ur sweating in the afternoon nap with a sound n ur chest seem to be absurd u didn’t tell us the body mass index if your obese let us know in which position u sleep and how clear u hear the heart sound do u have palpitation other than this reply

Ideally u should go for cardio consulatation and few investigation but seeing this locked down situation ppl are afraid of even entering in the hospital so u can start doing breathing exercises and also try modifying your sleep pattern and daily activities

First Stop sleeping in the noon, do cardio exercises nd breathing exercises daily If the pain in the chest still continue then consult cardiologist
