Wait not improved
I am a 23yr old men and weight 45 kg. Weight is same next 2 previous year not increased. But now, when I eating food such as lunch or dinner and any other, i did not eat large portion of food but when I try to it gets vomit. And now a days my hair loss is increased. Please tell me what I do and improve weight.

Hello, Do mention your height as well so that i can mark how many kgs you are underweight. If you are vomiting do consult a dr for the same. It might be reason there can be some internal issues. Hair fall can be due to climatic change as well.
