Dengue NS1 is weakly reactive, possibly if done too early or possible late reaction. Good to do cbc alternate day to check platelets, maintain hydration, SOS crocin.
Next Steps
Dengue IgM after 7 days if diagnosis is to be confirmed though not mandatory as it doesn't change the treatment line
