Vomting nausea, after taking abortion

Misoprost 200,taken after 1M pregnancy,1day bleeding 1single big clot comes,after normal bleeding from 1april to 17april,some clots also came out during this period. But nausea vomiting i started feeling from mine 2nday of cosuming pills. There is complete lockdown here. Shops are closed no transportation allowed,we live in a villaged area & there is no good gyanecologist or i must say any in complete district. No facility of ultrasound available here and in district. I can only do home urine test. Please also do tell when should i do this. Please help regarding - is mine abortion is incomplete or i am still pregnant. Or what are these signs of vomiting nausea is there. Na kch khane ka mnn hota h..ulti ulti lgte h sb khane mei.
