Vomitting in kids
My kid 3 year old have vomitting now .she is vomitting just water and saliva like fluid.her sister 2 days back had same problem.doctor prescribed domstal injection. Now she is ok but still stimacj pain.any antibiotics ti be taken for both

Give light meals more frequently,use syp ondem for vomiting half hour before meals.
Add syp vizylac twice a day,and use syp anafortan for stomach ache if required.
If she has loose motions,use ors after every motion if watery.
