My daughter17 yrsuffering from severe vomiting tendency in the morning with headache for the last two years.During March this year she suffered a severe nervous breakdown. This time after the nervous breakdown she was referred to a Pschriatist who prescribed -serata .5 mg, Arip MT 5 and Clonotril .5 mg.She is continuing the medicines from March17

See there could be multiple reasons for vomiting or Nausea or headache...Also they could be the part of a single psychological disorder..Ok...So yes do Consult a Physician for excluding any comorbidity...Also I think you didn't mention the right dose of sertraline... Consult a Psychiatrist for the same...Also therapy is an option..Do ask your Psychiatrist for the same.
