For vomiting, you can give him Syp Emeset (Ondansetron 2mg/5ml) 7.5 ml now. After 20-25 mins, give him water/food. Dose may be repeated after 8hrs, if he vomits again.
For temperature > 100 deg F, you may give him Syp Calpol DS (Paracetamol 250 mg/5ml) 4 ml, dose can be repeated in 4-6 hrs if fever.
Keep him hydrated. Give him small sips of water/milk/clear soup frequently. Watch for other symptoms like tummy pain, loose stools, urinary problems, high grade fever, drowsiness.
