2 year son Vomit and Loose motions
My 2 year son felling  sick in every month twice a time with vomit and loose motions. In the late night firstly He does vomit and after that started loose motions, doctor prescribed Oflomac M forte along with zinc and ondasetron every time ,but he usually after 10-15 days facing this problem since June 2021 to till date . Am using junior lansparazole and  simithicone and magaldrate syrup in empty stomach but problem still persist.

We must try to increase his immunity. Give colimmune powder 1 scoop a day. Listen to devotional songs as soon as he wakes up and just before bedtimes. Avoid TV and mobile or other screens before bed time. Allow him to play as he wants. Don't scold him often and don't object to him unless it is dangerous. Becoming scared and negative thoughts decrease immunity.

Good Morning, Cause of frequent vomiting's and diarrhea is always infection. Observe HYGIENE, WASH, hands , wash all food offered to him, Fruit Banana is good , After episode is treated start with probiotics, Respect him, feel his presence, Donot shout or abuse ,any in his presence.. No arguments. Make him active,and play with him,let him sing, uses drawings and try to talk with him about drawings. No need to drug him. Just give him Probiotics. Banana is very good food, keep him hydrated.
Next Steps
take all precautions against mosquito,, covid 19. think of immunization,hygiene , proper feeding technic.
