Vomitting after 15 hours of head injury
My daughter fall from chair day before yesterday night. She fall and her back head hitted the floor, but she became normal after 5-10 mins after crying and then yesterday afternoon she vomitted 4 times what ever she ate is it normal or to be taken seriously
Vomitting after food she had dal rice in morning
Curd rice with tomato pickle at afternoon then vomitted after 1 hour then again in 20 mins and after that she had tender coconut again she vomitted in 20 mins then had jus water and banana and vomitted again in 1 hour pls tell me is it normal

Get investigation done for head injury
MRI scan maybe normal and I hope so
Next Steps
it can be due to other reasons like gastritis
take care of diet till reports declare her normal
