Vomiting issue in pregnancy

Hi doc, I am 6 week pregnant. While vomiting today, i had to put lot of pressure to throw it up. Now something is stuck in my throat. I am feeling very uncomfortable. It is different from sore throat. It's like something is stuck which needs to come out. I tried to gargle but again I had to vomit it out. While vomiting i was feeling as something very sour is coming out of my mouth. Please tell me the reason of this and what should i do now?
