Vomiting and fever
My daughter is three year old. She having fever and vomiting. I have given vomit syrup to her. After how much time i will give paracetamol to her. She is having fever and vomit due to cold

You can give paracetamol after 15 mins. Continue the same medicines. If she is not playful or looks weak (or fever is high even after 48 hours), visit a pediatrician
