My 3 year old kid is vomiting continously and also having fever and diarrhoea . Gave paracetamol, emitus and tummy soft

Suffering from gastroenteritis, please visit your pediatrician for examination and treatment to prevent dehydration.keep giving ORS liquid as much as possible.
