Vomiting and dry cough in pregnancy
I am 11 weeks pregnant.since last two weeks whole days i use to vomit due to which not able to eat anything.also suffering from dry cough.my gynaecologist suggested to take DOXINATE TAB for vomiting (2 tab in night) and GRILLINCTUS syrup for dry cough.but in Google showing this syrup is not good in pregnancy.
Please help whether i should take or not
