My kid is 5 years old. Today she had curd rice for lunch. After some time she went loose motion. So I gave her buttermilk in the evening. Her temperature raise after sometimes and she vomited whatshe ate and drank. Now what foods can be given to her? She is having loose stools and also vomiting. Which food is best for her stomach? Last time doctor prescribed biogermina for vomiting and loose motion. Can I.give her this time?

Yes. But 1st for vomiting to subside she may need Emeset syrup

For Vomiting ORS 1sachet in 1L water ask to drink as much as he/she can Syp zinc gluconate 5ml once daily Syp ondem 5 ml twice daily Sachet econorm 1sachet twice daily with half cup of milk

Yes give enterogermina and give Syp ondem for vomiting 6 ml before food . Give more of liquids like WHO ors and coconut water .
