I have been vomiting and having  desentry early in the morning since yesterday. What could be the cause. Had chicken for 2 days previously

Food poisoning can be the cause,take medications for diarrhea and vomiting,drink plenty of water. If still no improvement in 2-3 days consult for further treatment and investigation
