Vomiting after feed
My baby vomits after feed so I just want to clear a doubt is my diet that makes my baby to vomit after feeding or there is no any issue with mother's meal with baby's vomiting. Other reason I've already working on may be it's about burping and holding him in upright position but still he vomits so U thought would be this reason as I have started regular meals after a month.

These symptoms are not related to mothers diet. So please eat a variety of healthy foods. Little bit of vomiting is normal. If weight is increasing, nothing to be changed.

Babies can regurgitate a small amount of milk. If the weight gain is good and baby has good activity then don't worry. If your baby has a lot of gas issues, is not gaining weight, seems hungry and irritable all the time , then you need to consult a pediatrician. Your diet may need to be changed and baby may require testing .
Next Steps
Seek an appointment with a Pediatrician  if baby has issues as mentioned above.
