Vomating and watery stools like diarrhea

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My 1.7yr baby have cold and cough. In the meantime vomating and watery stools like diarrhea continues for 4 times. After giving econorm sachet it continues for 2tomes in 4hrs gap. What can I give now ?

Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals and include curds and Banana in the diet,use ors after every loose motion if watery. Use syp ondem for vomiting 30 mins before meals.
