Vocal polyp
Recently I had a horseness in voice. After contacting a doctor in Manipal , we found a polyp on left vocal cord. The only option allopathy gave me is to voice rest and if not resolved then surgery. Can you please help me with if the treatment is possible in ayurved without surgery.

Treatment options for vocal fold polyps (VFPs) include both invasive and noninvasive techniques,attention to correcting the underlying causative factors, largely through voice therapy and education, plays an integral role in any treatment plan of action.proper vocal hygiene and hydration and avoidance of vocal abuse, misuse, and overuse is a necessary baseline.
