Vocal cord ulcer
I was admitted in hospital for wbc n platelets less count that time my throat and voice was completely ok but due to dr mistake on 5th day i lost my voice on 27th march theni consulted ENT Dr he performed larygoscopy and found that i have bilateral ulceration of vocal cords he gave me 15 days medicine n voice rest ifollowed it then again next 1 month relative voice rest but i didn't followed it and talk to much againdr told me u didn't followed this but at least follow for next 1 month plz but again i did same or even shouted in one argument for 5 min which caused me so much pain now a little bit voice is coming from 15 days but nowi have a fear that my problem increased or my ulcers increased due to excessive talking for 1 month will it form to granuloma will my voice recover to normal bczi can't talk in loud voice or even horse voice coming after 20 days there will be 3 months of voice lost but not followed voice rest since 1.5 months plz tell me will it create further problem
