Hi, You will have to get a detailed skin examination and blood work, to evaluate the cause and prognosis of your condition. The next stepis to arrest the spread and repigment the existing white areas. This is also by oral, topical medications along with PUVA and Excimer laser therapy. If the disease has stabilised for over 6 months, and you are still left with recalcitrant white patches, these can be treated with skin or melanocyte transplant.
