Vitiligo on my wrist and ankle

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have stable vitiligo spots on my ankle and wrist from last 12 years my first question does it going to spread in my 40s or 50s m 26 years old right now? and I was thinking of skin grafting does vitiligo strike back after skin grafting?
