Treatment for Vitiligo:-Treatment depends upon Severity of disease. Best Treatment is NBUVB, it can be done at skin clinic three sessions in a week. Apply Tacvido Forte Cream ( Tacrolimus Cream 0.1% ) for application once daily for 1 month. Momate / Etaze cream once daily for 2 weeks. Tab. Patchex once daily for 2 months.

Acrofacial vitiligo..! I would like to mention you this ( vitiligo )is autoimmune disease it depends on your immune system.. so you need to control the progression of the vitiligo , if its stable means we can do skin grfting surgeries like Minature punch grafting (MPG) for acral areas (hands &legs) , suction blister grafting(SBEG) for lip area,  Non cultured epidermal cell suspension- will help you in general for wider area. Targeted phototherapy like eximer laser, Topical medication will work as supportive therapy. Sometimes multimodal approach therapy required.
Next Steps
Meet near by dermatologist for better  treatment & evaluation.
Health Tips
As its immune(auto immune) related problem we cannot predict the stability..it may increase or remains same..depending upon the stability we can treat if its unstable means we can make it stable..so there is nothing like cure in vitiligo you need to always monitor it.
