Hello,
As tomorrow is world vitiligo day, you should not fed up your patches, it makes you different from rest of the population. Certainly there are many treatment options available apart from medication which would help you better. Excimer lasers are one of the best modality considered.
You can also consider aesthetic procedures like micropigmentation if your patch is small and yet bothersome
