Vitamins for good growth
My daughter is 1 year and 2 weeks old, should I give her any vitamins? she weighs 9 kg and is perfectly fine

As an addendum, healthy food and good amounts of fruits and vegetables, if are part of the diet, then usually most kids may not require additional nutrition. But the fact that this also has additional points to be noted that this has to collaborated with other facts for the child like birth wt, other developmental milestones too. No not required as long as she is active and playful. Give her proper diet during the day thats all

Additional vitamin supplements are not required routinely. Good balanced diet is enough in children to provide right amount of multivitamins per day.
