I take daily VIT D and VIT B complex tablets. Recently blood report shows good VIT D levels. Is it safe to take these two tables daily?

It depends on your current levels and the strength of your multivitamin. If your levels are just above the minimum requirement, then you should take low dose for a few more days. Else, you can discontinue.
